Is a Passport or Visa Required? Visas are not required from U.S. citizens. However, effective January 23rd, 2007, all U.S. citizens returning from the Caribbean must have a valid U.S. passport in order to re-enter the U.S. For assistance with getting a new passport, or renewing, check out the Passport information page. For citizens of other countries, please contact the airline you are traveling for information on entry/visa requirements.

Is there transportation provided to/from the airport? Yes! Transportation to the resort is included from the Providenciales International Airport. Upon arrival, look for the Beaches desk conveniently located right outside the Immigration and Customs area. A Beaches staff member will invite you to climb aboard your air-conditioned bus and enjoy your included roundtrip airport transfer from the airport to Beaches Turks & Caicos. It’s a 15 minute ride to the resort, so sit back, relax, and enjoy the magnificent scenery. Please note that car seats can be provided upon request. Once your booking has been completed, send an email to [email protected] with your booking number in the subject line. A representative will assist you.

What is the weather like in Turks & Caicos? Caribbean temperatures are warm year-round. Daytime average: 82℉, 28℃. Nighttime average: 72℉, 22℃.

Resort Information

May I book additional nights if I wish to extend my stay? Yes, please mention this when speaking with your booking representative. Additional nights are not included in the cost of your conference fee.

How much cash should I bring? Since everything is included and tipping is simply not allowed, you will not need any cash while on property. The front desks will accept most major credit cards. They also accept traveler’s checks. Upon check in, all guests will be asked to tender a credit card to activate their room folio. The purchase of optional services from the resort outlets will be done by signing all charges to the guest’s room folio. Cash is not accepted at any of the revenue outlets.
However, if you are planning to travel off property for shopping and such, we recommend bringing some cash along as some vendors do not accept credit cards or traveler’s checks. There are exchange bureaus at the resort. All of the islands accept US dollars, but please note that you may receive change in the local currency. Additionally, you may want to carry small bills to tip luggage attendants at the airport and airport transfer drivers outside of the resort.

What is the dress code for restaurants at night? Resort Casual: Shorts or jeans, t-shirts or polo shirts. Swimwear must be covered. Shirts and footwear required. Resort Evening: Dress pants or jeans for men, long or short sleeve dress shirts (with or without collar). Dress shoes or elegant sandals. No shorts, t-shirts, sleeveless shirts or sneakers.
