Adam Stewart is the dynamic CEO of Sandals Resorts International (SRI), which owns and operates Caribbean-based Sandals Resorts, Beaches Resorts, Grand Pineapple Beach Resorts, Fowl Cay Resort and Your Jamaican Villas. Stewart oversees all areas of SRI operations, headquartered in Montego Bay, Jamaica.

In years under Stewart's leadership, Sandals has experienced a period of unprecedented growth, innovation and development transforming the all-inclusive concept to Luxury Included® resorts that offer guests levels of exclusivity never seen before and attracting admiration throughout the world.

Heidi Clarke is the Director of Programs for the Sandals Foundation, a 501(c)(3) created in 2009 to continue and expand upon the philanthropic work Sandals Resorts International has undertaken for more than three decades. Clarke's primary responsibilities include managing over 300 Sandals Foundation programs, and developing and maintaining relationships with nonprofit organizations in the Caribbean community, corporate partners, donors and volunteers.

Clarke also sits on the board for a number of organizations, provides counseling and mentoring for troubled teenage girls who have suffered from domestic violence, and volunteers her time regularly to local-area schools to teach environmental lessons and promote love of reading.

Jennifer Labit is the founder and CEO of Cotton Babies, Inc, a leader in the natural parenting product industry for more than 10 years. Cotton Babies manufactures the best-selling bumGenius® cloth diaper line, as well as the Flip® hybrid diapering system and Econobum® budget diapers.

Cotton Babies began with $100 of product in a green milk crate in 2002, and has grown into an international, multi-million dollar product manufacturer and retailer. Jennifer is an active, well-known voice within the cloth diapering community, having served as the founding chair of the Real Diaper Industry Association (RDIA) and providing regular commentary on the Cotton Babies blog and her personal blog, jenniferlabit.com. As a devoted mother of four, she has developed her business with the premise that every style of parenting is welcomed through her products and her stores.

Jennifer holds an MBA from Washington University. She has been awarded many U.S. and international patents for her product designs. In her free time, Jennifer enjoys music, reading, and spending time with her husband, three sons and daughter, at their home in St. Louis.

Noah Lomax has successfully driven change initiatives in higher education, nonprofit, and corporate America through his strategic insight, ability to communicate concepts to a variety of audiences, and focus on quickly executing for business results. He specializes in digital strategy with expertise in the Millennial audience.

Currently Noah serves as a Product Marketing Manager at Hewlett-Packard where he has pioneered a new style of rapid innovation through lean, customer-integrated testing and agile development. He manages an unique social strategy which delivers rapid customer feedback to various teams for executing on important, data-driven business decisions in record time.. In his first six months he was publicly recognized as an "Outstanding Contributor" in his global business unit and continues to stand out through his creative, customer-focused approach. In addition to degrees in education and counseling, he holds a M.S. in Executive Leadership from the University of San Diego. He loves coffee, ice cream, international travel, and is always interested in hearing about new places he should visit.

Allison McDonald

Allison started working with children as a day camp leader at a local recreation center while in high school. She taught various preschool age and after school programs through university and worked as a reading tutor while pursuing a second degree in elementary education. After graduating with honors she set out to teach, after teaching Pre-Kindergarten in St.Louis, MO she moved to Seattle, WA and began work as a director of a large child care center and preschool. Allison returned to the classroom the following school year after realizing her talent was in education not administration. Her son's birth brought her home and her love of teaching and helping other parents sparked the idea for No Time For Flash Cards. In the fall of 2014 Allison went back to teaching at a local preschool where she gets to sit on the floor, sing silly songs, and instill a love of learning in her students.

Since starting No Time For Flash Cards in early 2008 she has had the opportunity to work with wonderful brands like Melissa & Doug, Quaker Oats, speak at conferences, and write curriculum for Itty-Bitty Bookworm a literature based preschool program and MeMeTales. She is also proud to have her blog syndicated by Scholastic.com and write about family literacy on their Raise A Reader blog. You can also find her over at PBS's new Adventures in Learning.

After launching the company's social media presence in 2012, Tiffany has orchestrated multiple successful social campaigns such as Fire the CEO, £12DaysOfSandals and Legends of Love that have grown the Sandals family social media presence to over 4 million followers across 126 social media networks.

Debbie-Ann White is Senior Vice President of Public Relations and Promotions at Unique Vacations, Inc. (UVI), an affiliate of the worldwide representatives for Sandals Resorts International (SRI), parent company of Sandals Resorts, Beaches Resorts, Grand Pineapple Beach Resorts, Fowl Cay Resort and Your Jamaican Villas. She is responsible for the organization's overall reputation, as well as crafting the strategic direction and overseeing the implementation of individual brand campaigns. Her award-winning work has helped establish Sandals Resorts International as the undisputed leader of Caribbean vacation experiences.

Despite the responsibility of her position and the corporate title that accompanies it, when Debbie-Ann White thinks about her role representing some of travel's most well-known brands, the first thing that comes to her mind is surprising. "Most of what I try to do every day is to align our brands with partners and opportunities that bring out the best in them. Relationships are what matter most," says White.
